Why Montessori?

Here's the thing: Dr. Maria Montessori's ideas about education and PEACE are 100 years old this school year (January 7). Dr. Montessori was cool. Not MTV cool, but cool like "Within each child lies the fate of the future." That's heavy.

In the modern world (like in every modern world), the most important thing to learn isn't math or writing, it's learning HOW TO LEARN. And what better way to learn how to learn than to LEARN TO LOVE LEARNING!

Can We Find Metal Insect Designs On Earth?

Well...The designs you see here are not available (yet) on the ground. However, in the Seattle area, we offer some of our DESIGNER children's wear. We'll let you know the shops and locations where you can find us.

We are also looking into offering items at some Montessori teachers conferences this school year. Keep your eyes open for Metal Insect.

What Gives Us the Right?!

Did we mention that all our designers are Montessori teachers by day? Moreover, they all hold international diplomas from accredited Montessori training centers. They're the real deal.
